I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My passion is to inspire YOU to become the healthiest version of yourself.   

Through digging deep and discovering your true authentic relationships, rewarding careers, connected spirituality as well as the importance of moving your body, together we will delve into exploring the value of nourishing whole foods. This new discovery will be accompanied by some new simple step-by-step eating and health practices and techniques that will help you find out what does, and doesn’t work for you.  

I believe that a little goes a long way and that once you are on the right path you won’t want to turn back to your old ways.  That’s exactly what happened to me. So allow me to unearth a new vibrant, glowing, joyful and healthier YOU!

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will have the privilege of walking alongside you on your personal health journey. 

Your current state of health does not start or stop at what it is today. It started when you were conceived or even prior to that, to how healthy your parents were, or even your grandparents.  

Together we will explore the many areas that are relevant to understanding the bio-individuality of your unique body, and how we can utilize this information in order to bring out the best natural, integrative and holistic you. 

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches bridge the gap between the medical doctor and the nutritionist or dietician. My aim is to help you understand and explore your root matters whether it’s for general well-being, an illness or a recurring symptom or problem.  

As you equip yourself with more knowledge on the root of your symptoms and the options for how to deal with it, you can gradually start to heal, improve and take hold of your own future health.

While good dietary nutrition helps build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only pillar. A core principle at IIN® is that nutrition extends far beyond food and comprises all the different things that nourish the body, we call this your primary food, which is more than what is on your plate. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. When primary food is balanced and satiating, your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.

I will encourage and guide you in making lasting health behaviour changes that will be fundamental to your life-long well-being.
